I would classify this as the worst purchase and service of my life. The vacuum doesn't even work out the box and the battery charger is not even the same as what is advertised on the box (should be a double charger and its a single charger in there). The vendor is saying to contact manufacturer and the manufacturer is refusing replacement and saying it should be the vendor replacing the item? Ive never seen this in my life. The warranty on the manufacturer website indicates manufacturing issues are covered by them, so im dumbfounded. I simply want a replacement for a functional vacuum here, is that too much to ask? This thing cost me 1200$ CAD with accessories and doesn't even work out the box...

I thought this would be like a shop vac, but it was a sad imitation. It would not even pick up a few leaves from my outside grill cabinet. It had no power and no ability to pick much of anything up.
