Well, im pretty disheartened about all these poor reviews. I read that the delivery would be up to 30 days. They also indicated I'd get the info to track package within 72 hours. When I didn't receive tracking info, I wrote them over a weekend. Their shop doesn't ship on weekends. To my surprise, I got a response within 2 hrs. They said I should be getting tracking info soon. I got it the following Monday night. They apologized and I've been tracking it. It's been sent 3 times to another facility in London. Im thinking, are they carrying the refrigerator from one facility to the next? It's still in London a week and a half later. On the tracking info I eventually received read delivery will be in 7 to 15 days. Im thinking, cool! But it's still in the UK. I'll keep you posted.

Scammers and thieves! Order never received. Multiple emails sent and every time they promised to send the product. Order was placed 6 months ago and still no resolution! They should be shut down.

Thieves! Stay away from them!

Stay away no matter what absolute thieves and scammers

This company has not delivered my order that I ordered in June 2024. They say it has been delivered but I have not received it. I have received an email saying they should resend something that has not been done. Now they have blocked me so I cannot send them an email. Do not buy from this company.😡

I ordered some products back in October 2024. never came. received and email stating my packages had been delivered. when i emailed them saying i did not get a delivery Deanna said it was sent to wrong address but couldn't provide the address or a proof of delivery docket. emails back and forth from both Deanna and Susan but no package. Now emails will not go through. Next I suppose I'll have to call my bank to try to recover the money. DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPVILLEN. They are dirty little scammers

I was told time again by Deana and Susan that my purchase was on its way , then when it didn’t come I was asked if I wanted half a refund , and then that didn’t happen. They are total scammers, I have a number emails but Now the email address to contact them is non existent

Scam - items never received. Emailed the company and spoke to a Deana who said she would check my order but never got back to me. Last message I sent told me that the email address no longer exists!
Zero customer service. Zero product. 100% scam

Total scammers, you get an email stating posted. You track the item only to find that the parcel went elsewhere and in the end wasn't even your parcel.

Total scam as other people have said. Tell you it's been delivered but it hasn't. Thieving scumbags.

Like others this company are scamers, my order never came and told by Susan that it was delivered to the wrong address, it was allegedly resent and never came. This is repetitive theme of this supplier to get your cash and leave you high and dry, they have now blocked my emails, so I can't contact them for a refund

Never received product since November 6 2024 today is December 27.
