Poor Customer Service & Lack of Accountability
I experienced extremely poor customer service. The company kept extending the delivery timeframe from 12 days to 20 days, and even after the delay, they refused to follow their own policy. Their replies were weak, repetitive, and avoided acknowledging any responsibility. They kept pushing everything onto the customer instead of handling the issue themselves.
They must take responsibility, follow their own rules, and stop shifting the burden to the customer. A company should stand by its policies, not ignore them when problems happen.(Honestly, no one should order from them and waste their time. It’s not worth the headache dealing with this kind of service).
