Shopwave.shop are a fraud
Title: Very disappointing experience with Shopwave Dropshipping
I paid ₹4,999 to Shopwave Dropshipping after seeing their promotions on Instagram and their website. Before payment, their team was extremely responsive and kept assuring me about support, guidance, and service quality. Everything sounded professional in the beginning.
However, once the payment was completed and the website setup process was done, their behavior changed completely. Calls were ignored, messages stopped getting replies, and there was almost no customer support afterward. Despite repeated follow-ups through WhatsApp and other platforms, I did not receive proper assistance.
What made this experience worse was the lack of transparency and accountability after payment. A business should not disappear once money is received. Customers deserve communication and support, especially after purchasing a service.
