From start to finish Chris B helped with my Shopwired setup. Nothing was too much trouble helping me move over from EKM every step of the way. I was a liitle apprehensive about moving but he made the process so easy for me. I would fully recomend Shopwired to anyone.

Very poor service. Little to no assistance with site issues. Absolutely no support or assistance with the new gpsr regulations. Was lied to for nearly 2 years regarding an issue for one of their apps which wasn't working correctly.

The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to assist.
I have been stuck several times when trying to add things and the staff take over and accomplish it within minutes, giving me a stress-free experience.
I would not go anywhere else now.
I was a Shopify customer previously, but they fall a long way behind Shopwired.

Asked them how to cancel the account and they became very obstructive and tried everything to prevent the cancellation.

The customer service provided by Shopwired (in particular Chris B) has been second to none.

There’s no silly question - only silly answers.

Chris B has fully included me in the process of his support which has not only resolved my issues but has also been very educational which has allowed both myself and our business GROW!

Great support and problem solving from from Chris B

I am very happy that I chose ShopWired. I have found them fair and very helpful. I recently wanted to change some things and Chris B was very proficient and helpful. I thank him enormously

I have tried almost every e-commerce platform, and Shopwired is hands down the best there is.
The platform itself is easy to use, easy to navigate and has everything you need to get started.
However it's the tech support / aftercare that takes it to another level. The online chat is outstanding. Instant replies, understanding and patient technicians who are always so pleasant. Nothing is a problem, and they always have a solution. I honestly couldn't rate more highly.

Really disappointed in the search engine on my website which runs on the Shopwired platform.

I have had multiple customers ask for things that they can't find on my website even though they have used the correct keyword in the search field.

The item the customer searched for comes up on the 8th page behind over 100 items that have no relevance at all to the search keyword used.

I have asked shopwired about this and can't get a straight answer from them. All they say is we can pay alot extra to get a different search engine installed which isn't fair as the search engine I pay for as part of my monthly subscription to shopwired isn't fit for purpose and it's costing me sales.

Why would a search engine bring up items that have no relevance well before the correct item. Most custo.ers would just leave the site.

This is a massive problem for Shopwireds platform and there search engine provider really needs changed.

Please get it fixed.

One other problem is the sync rate between eBay and Shopwired is extremely slow and can be 30 min at times. This can cause over selling.

Shopwired customer service can be great but as I feel that the unfixed problems above are so damaging to e-commerce websites like mine, I feel one star is fair.

Hopefully it can be sorted out. You have just put your prices up and the service just now just isn't worth it.

I'm only 3 days into my 14 day free trial and I think it's important to note down just how responsive and helpful Shopwired and their service reps are.

It grows my confidence in the platform with rapid help that can identify and fix issues.

Chris B has been so patient with me and my new ecommerce website. It looks fantastic but I have been disappointed that shopwired could not provide the link between my supplier and my website. Chris has provided alternatives so I will see how it goes.

Just spending a few hours a day, I was able to go live with my website at 2 weeks and it looks really good.
The support from Chris B has been amazing - raise a question and you get a comprehensive answer extremely quickly. Software is amazing too with lots of tools and help. Easy to use. Very happy customer.

I am now embarking on my third and final website move to a ShopWired platform, working against the clock since April 2024. My first two sites are up and running and taking orders.
