Shortlisted and Simon in particular delivers great support and guidance. The process was simple, transparent and easy to understand. Simon was clear about what needs to be done and gives step by step instructions. In a time-consuming world of Job searches, shortlisted greatly assists to create focus on the biggest opportunities.

I've tried about 5 or 6 job search and resume services and concluded they are all a bit scammy, but Shortlisted is different. Simon was genuinely invested in helping me, and has gone above and beyond. I've referred numerous friends to Shortlisted on this basis - I definitely recommend them.

Simon's initial resume improvement suggestions caught my attention and encouraged me to engage with Shortlisted. However, after our first call and a week of engagement, Simon informed me that he wasn't interested in continuing and issued a refund (even when he wasn't expected to generate leads, he just had to share custom CV for each jobs I'd share for 95$ monthly).

While I appreciate the refund, the experience felt unprofessional and cost me a valuable week. If running Shortlisted alongside a full-time job limits your availability or makes you selective about clients, that decision should ideally be made before accepting an engagement, not after a client has invested their time and trust.

We know that job searching takes time! Shortlisted is a great platform for connecting job seekers with relevant contacts and job opportunities, especially when they don’t have the time or capacity to do so themselves.
