Shorts never received
Tracking ID provided, but once it "arrived" in Australia, no further updates - now believe the tracking details are fake. Have contacted Shortlab twice, but no response days later. No way to track the carrier as no details provided.
Have used Shortlab once before with no issues, but now suspect this is a scam. No way to contact anyone other than an email that never gets answered. A waste of $100.
We ordered shorts on 10th July. Tracking showed them arriving in Uk on 26th July but nothing from then on. It’s now September. Contacted them so many times using both email addresses on website but they do not reply so we are £50 down with nothing to show for it.
DO NOT ORDER. Shady business from Mainland China.
Was sent the wrong sizes in all shorts we ordered and none of my REPEATED requests were ever answered, despite contacting both emails on their website.
When I went through my credit card company to dispute charges, my credit card company found that their Terms of Service indicated that Shortslab was not required to correct any errors! This is the excerpt exactly, grammatical error and all: “We do not warrant that the standard of any products, services, information, or any other material purchased or obtained by you’ll meet your expectations, or that any errors within the Services are going to be corrected.” This was quoted verbatim from their website, to which my credit card dispute was then denied.
My bad for not reading the small print. Be warned. Who does business this way?
