The inflateables are super soft and the SPH toys are incredible.

Shipment was a tad slow, however it arrived. Packaging cold be a bit more robust, box was partially opened and damaged, toys were in bags and protected - the product themselves was a great fit for what the use we use them for. Thank you 👍

It was my first direct order at SHOSU Amsterdam, i had one bevor over "the Bay" i also allready know something about the fine products.

The products have an Nice Design, a good quality and the prices, i would say are fair. No problems with order on the site, or delivery.

And let me say, they know something about how set their products in a nice place.

Product arrived fast and has good quality. The Online shop is easy to use and has a good support for questions. Only one thing is a bit annoying the cancel order button is there but dosen't work. Overall 8/10 Im very happy with the Product I bought c:

Drama always gets them, they were very good through the issues with another company until that other company once again harassed me in the shosu telegram group and this is why the other company who most people know, horseplay inflatables, is a vile place that needs to be shut down. Plenty people feel comfortable writing reviews for shosu and being truthful right here but not for horseplay because they regularly break the law and retaliate. Culture of fear.

I literally finally got a item paid for 2 yrs ago and all the sudden this mason guy from hp is once again harassing me this time in the shosu chat.

The toys are great. Its not worth the drama, sorry shosu.

I want to give it another shot but im just so turned off by the actions of another company like this.

Why have a telegram group? A majority of what was in the telegram group was slander and defamation against 1 customer of shosu.

I order the blue inflatable teddy bear.
I love the product as it shines as deco in our place. The parcel wasn't sent right away though, I think I had to wait slightly more than what was written on the website (~15days).

I absolutely love my inflatable bear!! So fun to play with and so strong for material. Can’t wait to buy more inflatable gear from you guys. It’s makes inflatable play a lot of fun.

Ordered from them last year, the SPH ball had a hole in it, and their support haven't really been able to do much for me due to it being so long ago. Trying them again, but the QC seems to not be the best...

The customer service is very good and transparent. When I made my order, they informed me about every single doubt I had since I'm very new buying inflatables and stuff. When I received my package, which consisted of a 5 years anniversary 120cm beachball, 3 RR1200, the air pump, a bottle of water based Iubricant and the cleaning foam, I was able to check that everything was perfectly fine at arrival. I also tried the pump, which is perfectly fine and exceeded my expectations, as well as a roll, which was very sturdy and comfortable. All in all, I am very pleased with their products, which are going to last a lot with proper care and maintenance, as well as their service. The prices are a little high, but if they provide with such quality, I will stick with them.

ITEM PRODUCED AND DELIVERED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I was always updated on order status and when to expect it.

The Beach Ball Chair I purchased has exceeded all of my expectations! It’s both durable and comfortable! I was worried with how intricate the seams were on the chair that it would be prone to leaks, but so far it has held up well! Shipping took a little while, but that was mostly because of it trying to get through customs and being stuck in my cities sorting center. The delay had nothing to do with the shipping process of Shosu and I would say they ship their products in a timely manner. The price of the Beach Ball Chair was reasonable considering the quality of the product. I would absolutely purchase this product again, especially if they made one to look like it was made out of classic style beach balls!

Original and triangle DIY sph are amazing and unique additions to any toy box.

Only issue was shipping took longer than expected and the item was difficult to track.
