It's works ok, but if you can't attend an event and need to resell a ticket you get less than you paid for (for instance on Dice you get the full amount you paid). They end up making a lot on reselling as someone on the waiting list buying second hand tickets also paid more than the original price. Not cool.

My experiences with both the ticket buying as a customer and also as an event planner doing events for a few years has been overly positive. All my experiences with support have been fruitul and helpful. Can't reccomend them enough if you have a club or bar and have talent in town you want people to be aware of!

They have scammed me out of money!

I payed for an event that Shotgun Live and the organisers cancelled; so there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why the ENTIRE AMOUNT that I paid should not be refunded. There should be no “fee” or “charge” to me for paying for an event that THEY cancelled! They are swindling money from people with this scam! I am going to state this on Google reviews, and also to the Better Business Bureau, and it’s EU equivalent. Everyone else should do the same reporting!

They have stolen money from me by not giving my full refund.

tried to sell tickets through them but they ve put wrong currency in sales price therefore sales become unavailable

Tried to buy a ticket back in December, using MBWay. Money gone, and I didn't get the ticket. Shotgun support wasn't helpful and kept saying the transaction was cancelled, even though MBWay confirmed it was successful. Now, I'm trying to do a chargeback via my bank.

I recently booked tickets through Shotgun for an event where the main artist, who was the main draw for me, didn't show up. There was no prior notice or announcement at the event regarding their absence, leaving attendees disappointed and uninformed. After the event, I tried contacting the organizer for clarification but received no response.

When I reached out to Shotgun for support, they initially seemed willing to help and said they were "working on a solution." However, it’s now been nearly two months, and I haven’t received any updates or follow-up from them. The lack of communication and resolution is frustrating and disappointing, especially after paying for a ticket expecting to see the advertised lineup.

I bought a ticket for a festival that I finally could not attend: I easily resold my ticket thanks to Shotgun!

Great website to securely buy and resell event tickets, but also to discover events!

My tickets doesn't appear on my account so I can't resell them through the website. I've been contacting them several times but no response from them. The customer service is really bad, don't recommend it!

Don't use that website to get your tickets for parties...they cancelled an event and get partially refunded for 5 tickets...big scam!
