As with many retail experiences these days, one never really knows what to expect. Gary Hedlin at Car Show Signs is a perfect example of the highest level of service. Not only did he turn around my text and photos within a day, but offered six different designs. Of course having been educated as a graphic designer myself, I had to ask if he could combine elements of two designs to make a final. He did just as quickly as the first set he created, and that was that.

The quality of the finished product was also very high and the cost for this experience, very reasonable in my opinion. Great job!

My sign showed up over the weekend and it looks FANTASTIC! Much better that I expected. There were also some extra "please don't touch" signs in the box that I was not expecting...what a nice bonus. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car show sign!

I submitted my order on a Saturday and got an email back almost immediately (within an hour or two). I had some specific requests and I was emailed several options to choose from and they clearly addressed my requests. After reviewing, I selected my preferences and my item was shipped out the next business day and came a couple of days later. The end product was even better than the image sent. The sign is for my girlfriend who goes to a lot of car shows. I know everyone is going to ask where she got it and I'll be more than happy to recommend Car Show Signs by Hedlin Designs. Gary was extremely helpful and friendly. You won't be disappointed.

I had submitted a photo for a sign and Gary emailed me right away with some ideas. We chose an idea and the sign was made and shipped. When we received the sign, it had some bubbles on the right side. I emailed Gary asking how to fix that problem-no response. We took the sign to a car show this past weekend and within an hour the whole sign had bubbled up and cannot be used. I have been trying for days to contact Gary but no response. The website says that the signs are guaranteed for a year, but ours did not make it even half a day. So disappointed. Now trying to get my money back.

like other reviewers, I too was charged on my credit card and received no show card...contacted AMEX and cancelled the charge...don't know what happened to this business as I had purchased a show board for a different vehicle about a year ago with no problems...they did a nice job...wha happened????

I ordered a sign from Hedlin Designs, sent in my photos and text and credit card number. The ONLY THING Gary Hedlin did was charge my card immediately. He did absolutely nothing else. I didn't receive the "proof", even after sending him numerous patient emails. He never answered a single one, and you can't call him on the phone. Try it! To this day, I still don't understand why he did nothing except charge my credit card. I see some reviewers have actually received satisfactory signs from him. GOOD LUCK with that. I finally got my money back by disputing the charge with my bank. Never did hear a single word of explanation from Gary. I then ordered a sign from "Show Cars Illustrated.com" and it was the exact opposite. They did everything they said they'd do, promptly, and the sign is excellent.

I have purchased car related products online for 5 years without issues. Regrettably, I must warn others not to waste your time attempting to conduct business with Gary Hedlin. After multiple agreed to deadlines were missed, lack of honesty, communication ceased. Stay away!!

I ordered a sign for my dad around Christmas time. Gary was very responsive to my messages and was willing to change things up. With the craziness of life I got back to Gary a few months later ready to print. He was willing to make changes and promised to get the sign to me way before my dad visits Bloomington in June. The last month I have tried multiple times to communicate with Gary with no response. I was really looking forward to receiving my sign as the design was amazing. Currently in the process of fighting the charge with my credit card company. Highly dissatisfied!

I placed order Oct 8. Now Oct 14. No prototype. No call. No email. Nothing. No board. They have my money. Now trying to get money back

I contacted Gary to order a sign for my car so I would have something that really showed off her features and the mods I've made. Literally ina few hours, he came up with a couple of good designs and after a couple of back and forth emails to iron out some very minor changes I wanted on one of them, he emailed me a draft, which was exactly the way I wanted the sign to look.
He told me I'd have the finished product in two days and I did! It is beautiful and I've gotten many compliments from other member of my Mustang club, some of whom will undoubtedly be ordering signs from him, as well.
