This product had no shower pressure!! as it claims. A lot of the shower heads did not work they were pointing in all directions but straight down. When I sent it back for a refund I did not get it and it's been months!!! I am still trying to get my money back as of 4/4/2025 I would not trust this product at all or the company. There are much better products out there and much less money!!!

The Support team specifically Vanessa always got back to me in a timely manner. She was kind and courteous and was able to answer all my questions.
The shower head itself felt amazing as I used it for the first time today. The high pressure and the adjustable settings are great. I did my research and this shower head was the best I found for a reasonable price and exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a shower head in february then in march i saw an unauthorized charge in my credit card from shower envy. I dont even know what that charge for. I tried to contact them left messages and wont even call me back. This company will scam you. Beware

It’s been almost a month and my skin has completely changed; smoother, calmer, just better. I used to get these small bumps on my upper arms and they’re almost gone now. It’s like skincare built into the water itself. Crazy but true.

I, too, was scammed by this company for a "monthly charge" VIP service. What services they provide are questionable because there were none. I had difficulty getting the company to cancel and they refuse a refund. Credit card company was no help either. I filed a complaint with BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!

This thing is magic. My old shower used to make my hair feel dry no matter what shampoo I used. Now it feels like silk and my skin doesn’t scream for lotion afterward. I didn’t believe in vitamin filters but you can literally feel the difference. Best purchase I’ve made this year.

BEWARE! They have underhanded business practices.

Here's what happened: they offered a free VIP service (something un-asked for upon purchasing) as a part of a bundle. They do not make it clear that this FREE option automatically signs you up for a HIDDEN VIP monthly service where they charge you about $40 a pop, AND YOU RECEIVE NOTHING AT ALL.

They refuse to even talk to me about this through numerous emails.

AVOID BUYING, THEY WILL SCAM YOU INTO A HIDDEN MONTHLY SERVICE.

Im 68 years old and not really a gadget person so when my daughter gave me this for Christmas i smiled and figured id never use it.She came over and installed it for me in about 5 minutes.Well i owe her an apology because this thing is wonderful the water pressure is better than what i had before which i did not expect at all my skin feels softer and my hands dont crack as bad this winter which has been a problem for years even my thin hair has a little more life to it.
Ive been telling all the ladies at church about it.My daughter says im her best sales person now lol.

I buy way too much stuff from social media ads and most of it trash but this actually works?? Hair shinier skin cleared up water pressure amazing and the rainfall setting is spz level.
If youre scrolling past this like i almost did dont just get it.

I spend like $200/month on serums and retinol and always felt one product away from getting the results i wanted turns out i was washing it all off with water full of chlorine every morning like mopping your floor with dirty water whats the point.since getting this my skin absorbs products so much better my retinol actually works now cancelled 2 serum subscraptions i dont need anymore

Your shower heads are crap _ They are made of Cheap Plastic. We have two that were Christmas gifts _ Today one broke just trying to adjust the angle.

I rent so i was worried about installation but it just screws right on 2 minutes Landlord would never know.
Moved to Houston from Colorado last year and my skin broke out horrible Cystic acne on my jawline that i never had before tried switching all my products but nope it was the water. Skin cleared up within 3 weeks Already told my coworkers Easy install no lease violations done.

Im 47 and for the last 3 years ive watched my hair thin out to where i could see my scalp through my part i spent thousands trying to fix it . Nutrafol at $88/month salon treatments,Olaplex,k18 volumizing everything went to dermatologist who bassically shrugged and said its hormones.

Not ONE person ever mentioned my shoer water could be a factor.

bought the shower Envy as a resort within 2 3 weeks there was noticeably les hair in the drain by month 2 my hair felt thicker and had more body my stylist who has done my hair for 8 years said it looks like its coming back in some areas.

Im not saying this cured my hair loss i know hormones play a role at my age but iam 100% convinced the chlorine and hard water was making it so much worse and all those expensive products were being undone every morning.Makes me angry honestly.

This should be the first thing women try when their hair start changing Not the last resort.

I reached out to shower envy about some things I thought came with my order. I was dealing with Vanessa she was great. She said she is sending me a filter refill free of charge. She also answered all my questions I have asked. The product is great I ordered the 2.0 version. I will order from shower envy when I need to again. Also next time I need a shower head I will be ordering the 5.0 version.

my experience with this store is great they help me to select the item according to my needs very helpful support team and the quality is topnotch definitely recommended.

I want to say that I just love the new water pressure I have with shower envy. It is wonderful. I feel like I've been in a spa when I get out of the shower. Feels like my skin is renewed. When I talked to customer service, Vanessa was so willing to help, knowledgeable and explained just how to put everything together. I can't say just how happy I am to have this new shower head. Try it, you'll see the difference the first time.

I ordered the showerhead and a few parts over a month ago. I only received the showerhead and I have four charges in my checking account. These people are a scam. They call you a VIP customer and charge you $40 per month. Don’t buy it.

This company is a scam. I fell for their meta ad and bought the shower head. But after I began checking out, it made me add things to the order including a hose and a VIP membership. I reached out and immediately asked them to cancel. When I received no action, I contacted my bank reversed charges. That was three months ago. They continue to charge me for a VIP membership on a shower head that I never received and cancelled!!! Although initially reversed by my bank, they are fighting me on this. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This business is operating a scam. When you order something from them, they enroll in a so-called VIP program without you realizing it (Probably some small checkbox box you have to uncheck) and start charging you $37 a month for absolutely nothing. I didn’t pick up on it until a few months later after they racked up over $100 in fraudulent charges. These guys are total crooks.

Horrible Company. When you order something and pay for it, they start charging your credit card every month for some stupid subscription that you didn't even sign up for. I tried calling...no answer. I challenged with my AMEX and they responded to AMEX showing the charge but no proof that I agreed to it. Finally got AMEX to consider it fraud and got reimbursed. Beware!
