I implore you do not use this company.

I contacted this company regarding a shower cubicle regrout and all seemed good initially however...having paid a £100 deposit and arranged for a visit on a Tuesday morning. They didn't show. Contacted the company who apologised and arranged for a visit the following Friday morning. They didn't turn up. Contacted them again and they promised Friday afternoon at 4pm. They didn't turn up. Contacted them yet again and they promised Saturday. This time they did turn up - late but they were here. I wish they hadn't. The regrout was completed and I waited to use the shower. When I used the shower it leaked and water dripped down through the ceiling onto my stairs and hall floor. I contacted them and sent photos and was advised this would be passed on to the manager. Needless to say I have heard nothing. Please please do not use this company. You will regret it and find yourself £300 worse off.
