Appalling Aftercare
Purchased Mira Opero Mixer Shower £350. Big mistake. Not sturdy and one fixing bracket makes it flimsy. Faulty as soon as fitted. Appalling after sales service the woman on the end of the phone was not interested and refused to do anything. She referred me back to Mira who sent an engineer out who basically replaced the entire mixer valve. He left me with a chip in the brand new shower tray which was discovered afterwards. Do not buy from this company and avoid Mira as a brand.

That is why in line with Mira's policy and your warranty, we advised you to speak with Mira directly. This can be found in the terms and conditions on our website here - https://showersdirect.com/tcs/
In line with Mira's policy we cannot take any action until a Mira engineer has investigated the problem in which case they will determine if it is something that can be fixed or returned to ourselves for a refund. We understand your frustration and tried to recommend the best option available.
In regards to the chip left in the shower tray by the engineer we strongly recommend you contact Mira about this who will be able to resolve any damages or arrange for repairs.

Good price & speedy delivery
I was looking for a direct replacement for a broken shower pump. Showers Direct was the best price I could find. Their website was easy to navigate to order & pay. The shower pump was delivered in a matter of days.

This was my first time using Shower Direct. Their website is user friendly & easy to navigate. Good range of quality products and good prices. My order arrived on time with Parcel Force.
One small suggestion it would be useful if the tracking No could be included with the confimation of order or confirmation dispatched email. Would make it a 5 Star review!

My initial contact was promptly responded to with a link to the shower valve I was interested in and my order was despatched within a couple of hours with details to follow received promptly.
My only criticism would be that an email was sent to which I had to reply to to obtain the tracking details, but that was responded to promptly!!!!

Great service. Ordered two of the same item by mistake ( My fault!). Contacted the company and they immediately cancelled off one of the items and refunded. Delivered 2 days later! Great customer service!
