I ordered 4 seals from this company, they arrived swiftly but 2 of them were the incorrect product. They did eventually replace them with the correct ones. I then sent the other two incorrect ones back to the company and was told I would get a refund but I haven’t. I have chased up several times but haven't had a refund.

This company is by far the best website and service for shower spares you cant go wrong

Shower Seal must be very proud of their team, I hadn’t a clue of what magnetic and fin seals to order , I was also thinking of new rollers , they emailed back straight away with diagrams of what I had to measure, after a few emails bAck and forth ( they were very patient and friendly with me)😂 they suggested I ordered samples of what they thought would fit,I did and they fitted perfectly, my shower cubicle looks brand new again , so thanks again , I would highly recommend Shower Seals

2 of my shower door wheels had perished and couldnt find replacements in any bathroom store. Showerseal online was recommended by staff at Screwfix. The online measuring plan for the wheels was easy to follow but I had difficuly selecting the correct wheels from the choices offered. I sent pictures of the wheels as requested by Showerseal and the correct wheels were dispatched and at a great price. Fantastic service. Excellent.

Excellent service, very prompt despatch of goods and very accomodating should you choose the wrong part by offering refunds or exchanges. You can't ask for better than that.

I am not a professional trader and none too slick on the computer or for online dealing, bu even so found that the service provided:
1. A straightforward online process.
2. Prompt delivery of the product.
All this inspite of Brexit, Covid and the Christmas rush.

I found this company to be excellent in its approach to customer care... and my enquiries.

In the end, even though I may have been able to purchase the item slightly cheaper elsewhere - a right angle shower sealant, I decided to go with them. For this and future items.

I purchased replacement shower seals from showerseal after a bad service from another company.
Showerseal offering a cheaper deal for the same items .
The said items were at least 3 times cheaper & better quality items.
From start to finish the service I received was second to none .
Showerseal thanked me for my order , kept me informed of when to expect delivery.
I felt as if my order and custom was valued.
I would recommend showerseal and the company to all my friends and family or anyone looking for bathroom products & more .
This is why I am happy to give a 5 star : excellent review.

The product was as described and fitted well to my shower door. Had an issue with delivery that was no fault of the company but down to their courier. when I asked for the Shower Seal were first class and made up for any errors by their delivery agent

I only ordered some tiny shower door fittings but they arrived very quickly only to discover I had ordered the wrong parts! In response to an email explaining my error the correct parts were sent completely free of charge.
This is service with a capital S, I can't recommend them highly enough. ++++++
