This shower seal is comprised of a high quality rigid PVC U section designed to comfortably grip any glass ranging from 4mm to 6mm thick with no need for any additional adhesive. This will seal any gap from 5mm to 10mm.
These seals are commonly found on either the bottom horizontal section of a bath screen or shower door, and can also be used vertically on the upright of the glass to create a seal between the glass and the tiles or wall. Please note that this is a straight shower seal designed only for use on straight glass.
If your existing seal is a similar shape to this product but you have curved glass then please contact us as we can curve this seal to suit your existing measurements. We will require a few additional measurements but have an easy-to-follow guide which we can send to you to ensure that you get the correct seal.
This product comes in 800mm, 900mm, 1400mm or 2000mm lengths and can be cut down to size once you’ve received it.
Installation of our seals is nice and easy. Simply push the seal onto the glass from below on one end and work your way along, pushing the seal up onto the glass as you go. Thank you for your review although obviosly we are dissapointed that you have had an issue with your delivery.
As you can see from our thousands of excellent reviews this is uncommon, however as a busy online company sending out hundreds of orders there will always be the odd delivery here or there that suffers a delay or the odd issue.
The delivery charge applied to your order is due to your delivery location on the Isle of Man. Unfortunately the courier for long length items like you ordered add an 'out of area charge' to deliveries to the IOM. There is also a 'long length surcharge' and the two added together are actually more than the £25 you were charged but we absorb some of the cost ourselves.
Any orders to the IOM for items 900mm or under we send with Royal mail as normal and it would have been free of charge, but to offer the delivery of the longer seals we have no option but to add the delivery charge to cover some of our costs. We would much rather the courier did not have this surcharge as we would sell many more products to the IOM and other areas outside the mainland UK.
With regards to your comments regarding not emailing us, I'm not really sure why you would not want to do this? We are always happy to help, but we do need to know about an issue to be able to do so.
We ask for email or Whatsapp communication as we can then keep a record of communication, plus we are not caught on the phone with one customer at a time allowing us to help more customers and deal with enquiries quicker.

Was exactly what I wanted. It was easy to fit and was much better than the seal which came with the screen originally.
Very close to the original seal, very pleased with the product.
