AVOID AT ALL COSTS..Ordered a shower tray. When it arrived it was heavily packaged and on the actual tray was a protective film to be left on during installation. When the tray was installed and the film taken off the tray was badly scratched. I contacted the company for a refund as I had to buy a new tray locally as plumbers and tiler booked in for that week. Brendan sent a long diatribe of an email blaming me for not inspecting on delivery. It would have taken at least 20 minutes to unpack and I still wouldn't have taken the protective film off before fitting. Too many companies are using this excuse to blame customers for damaged goods. Delivery drivers won't can't wait for customers to unpack goods. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I recently bought a showertray from The Showertray Storebut ordered the wrong size. I contacted them immediately by email (they do not accept phone calls and their online chat facility does not work).
Another week has gone by and two more emails but still no response.
All I wanted was to exchange the tray for a different size. I fully accept that I will have to pay more for the larger size and cover the return delivery.
Does The Showertray Store care about its customers?

My product has not turned up and can't get reply from them about a refund. Communication is terrible. As with all the other reviews, do not use this company!

I was pleased to find lots of non-slip shower trays on this site as they're difficult to find. After ordering, I allowed the recommended 3-5 days but product still didnt turn up. I emailed twice for updates and Brendan replied 'should be with you tomorrow, you should have got dispatch notification', its coming straight from supplier. The third day I called - just voicemail and emailed asking them to chase it up with their courier, but with no reply this time. Then i checked reviews and saw this was a theme and was worried it was a scam company. I called my bank who told me how to get the money back if it was fradulent, and emailed the company to request a refund, not expecting a reply. I got a reply from the same guy, Brendan,who said the the item had just turned up at their warehouse when it should have been sent directly to me - he could dispatch it back out and it would be with me in 2 days. At this point I simply wanted my money back and ordered a replacement product from a more reliable supplier. To be fair, his story might be true, and the refund has been processed and back in my account within 24 hours. But I would AVOID this company if you can.

My shower tray was delivered damaged and the company is being beligerent in there dealing with a situation which is clearly due to poor packaging and a restrictive returns policy.
Please,please use another supplier or face the consequences. As the previous reviews show this is not a company to deal with.
I am having to resort to the small claims court to retrieve purchase price.

I have ordered a shower tray form this company and it has not arrived after 10 days despite their website claiming "fast delivery on all shower trays".

I have tried to ring them several times and each time it goes to answer machine promising a call back. They do not call back. I am now faced with making a claim in the small claims court to get my money back.

Tray arrived 4 days late, no communication from the company regarding the initial missed delivery date until I emailed them to ask where it was, when they responded that there had been a problem with the supplier.

The tray that has now arrived has clearly been returned by someone else and sent to me without being checked. The protective film has been removed except for a tiny remaining scrap on the side and the tray has several scratches and a crack on one corner. I have made repeated attempts to call the company today but it always goes straight to voicemail, I am now waiting for a response to email.

Based on my experience to date I would strongly recommend you pay a little more and avoid this company.

A little digging reveals they also trade under another name with more negative reviews - check bathpanelstore, aka factory direct products, company link shows the same address and phone number with multiple 1 star reviews.

Avoid this company.
