Purchased a 3 piece set from Amazon on Jan. 30th, 2026. Used the luggage starting on Feb. 28th, 2026 and the clasp to close the zipper came off therefore we could not secure our clothes in the suite case. 8 day trip with 3 flights that was a nightmare after day 1. Could not return or discuss with anyone thru amazon (past the return date). Went online to locate an email or phone number for Showkoo Luggage since everything states 2 year warranty (even on the website). Email has been returned 2 times as undeliverable and the phone number listed is not a working number. I guess I can chalk up that purchase and trash the 1 suite case. I presume the 2 remaining suitcases will not last long, since I am not the first customer with this exact issue. DO NOT PURCHASE SHOWKOO brand.

I purchased this luggage set because of the great reviews on Amazon and was excited to use it for an upcoming trip.

The first time I packed the large suitcase, the handle broke. I repacked everything into the medium suitcase, and that handle also broke while I was loading it into the car. Both suitcases were packed well within the weight limit for their size, so this should not have happened.

This product is clearly not built to last. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend it.

3/15/2025 - Bought a three-piece Showkoo luggage set on Amazon in December 2024. On its second trip, one of the zipper pull latches broke so I can no longer secure my belongings inside the suitcase. Wrote to Showkoo via Amazon and wrote them twice on their direct email address. Thier website claims all of their luggage comes with a two-year warranty. Guessing that's a lie since they never respond to customer complaints and emails.

Cheap product. I will never purchase a Showkoo product again.

The luggage looked good, but, after only one trip, the sewing on the seam of the middle-sized case began to come undone.
Showkoo offered me $25 so I could try to get it repaired.
I am not convinced a small repair will guarantee that the suitcase will not come apart when I use it on another trip.
My conclusion...cheap, poorly made product.
I will not purchase from them again.

2 sets received and returned due to faults.
Shame as the colour, size, weight and ease of movement seemed good from first impressions. Sadly on closer inspection the suitcases aren't as well made as expected for the price. 1st set was returned as the large suitcase had a defect in the molded body of the case. 2nd set received with lots of loose threads, the plastic wrapping was caught in the zip and the plastic trim was coming away from the middle suitcase. On contacting Showkoo customer services they just said cut away the loose threads and pull the plastic from the zip and suggested Amazon had damaged the trim on transportation. Not possible as it was the middle suitcase so packed into the large case and then into a cardboard box. There seems to be no quality control on these cases or care in packing and customer service is shocking by trying to pass the buck. I did pull the plastic out of the zip but wondered whether this would weaken the zip for further use. On looking at some of the reviews regarding the zips I felt that it probably would compromise the durability so decided to cut my losses and return for a refund.

Recently, I have been using a set of Showkoo suitcases, because I have many business trips every week. I go to every business trip with one suitable suitcase size. It is very convenient when I have three different suitcases 20,24,28 inches.

SHOWKOO suitcase is the optimal price and quality ratio for me. I flew two business trips with this luggage: simple, useful and good design. I like it.

I have a big family: me, my husband, two sons and a daughter. We very love traveling last time. So, I bought a Showkoo Luggage set: this very convenient solution, three suitcases fit all our things. I like design and functional interior space.
