Show Me Italy booked through Viator HORRIBLE

😡😡😡@showmeitalty booked through Viator. I will continue every post to call out how horrible this company is to anyone using #viator for travel excursions. We had a horrible experience with them in Rome at the coliseum. Because of their faulty ear pieces, our whole group was late for our entry time. We were already minutes away from the entrance gate. Then there was a huge line for group entries. Our guide told us we could go over to single entry because it was a short line. When we did, we were denied entry because it was past the time on the ticket. Even though we were allowed 90 minutes inside the coliseum. Even though he called the tour guide and confirmed it. Filed claim with Viator who used Show Me Italy to book it. First they said we didn't show up. Provided proof of tickets that you receive from guide and now they denied because we were not there exactly 15 minutes before 2. We had a meet time of 2. Guide messed around for 15 minutes with the ear pieces. Minutes to walk to coliseum. Denied. Read reviews of Viator. Do your research. #Viator

Tried to say we were late because we did not arrive 15 minutes early as stated on sites and paperwork. It was stated as "please arrive 15 minutes early" and "guidelines for a good visit". Those are suggestions or non mandatory rule. It was not stated as a requirement. We did arrive before tour started. They were already having problems with other people's headsets not working. That is why the group was late for the coliseum time.

Terrible experience

This has been the worst tour I have been on. It was falsely advertised, we didn't get anywhere near the underground at the Colosseum even though it was was in the description and Booking.com confirmed it was included when I messeged them to check. We did the Roman Forum fist, completely rushed it and spend more than 20 min waiting in front of the WC which just complete ate the time (the itinerary said the forum was 2nd which is the other reason we bought this tour), we didn't even go up Palentine Hill. The guide was spouting nonsense most the time and "information" which was dumbed down so much that the posters did a better job than her. We hated our tour and they didn't care. Blamed Booking.com and would not hear a word of the fake tour they have sold us! I have emailed them before it to confirm itinerary multiple times and they never responded. They are a SCAM.
