Like others i think this is a con...they do not respond and you can't call them...once bitten etc etc

Have tried emailing showpiece, regarding lockout from account they declined to respond or help.
I purchased a piece of the Banksy valentine day mascara, which I hoped would be kept in Margate on public display but was disappointed that it was quickly sent to London.
They have communicated that it is now being sold.
I certainly would not recommend this company as it’s only purpose seems to line its own pockets.

I initially signed in via google log in when was setting up my showpiece account. However, I can now no longer sign in using my google account as the showpiece website is giving an Error: sign with user name and password.
When I go to Forgot my password with my user name the system says sign in with google log in.

I tried emailing info@showpiece and hello@showpiece but I get mail delivery errors.
I feel I got scammed. I purchased 1 banksy unit and I can’t access it now.

I think these guys must be some sort of scam, i bought a share in the 1st banksy drop and since then the only communication I've had is an email 2 months ago saying the banksy mural may be sold on in the next 4/6 weeks since then nothing again, please don't waste your money on this companies offerings!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I keep forwarding the same email and still don't get any reply.

Simply put they are the most incompitent group of people i have ever interacted with or heard about people interacting with.

Their customer service is non existent, their knowledge of what they are trying to shill to people is non existant, and their attempts to fix any of these issues are non existent.

They are snake oil salesmen nothing more. Scam artists of the highest order.

Awful customer service, I’ve emailed several times regarding selling my Banksy piece. No communication, very poor. DO NOT buy from this company.

I bought the Valentine’s Day Massacre Banksy a few weeks ago. I have to be honest and say I feel it’s an absolute con. Not only was it miss sold with the fairy tale image the you where on some divine waiting list and were only chosen at random. They have the audacity to ignore my email that I sent them regarding this. I feel I was MISS SOLD. I feel the way they marketed the pieces were not entirely true. They were several thousands small pieces that anyone could have purchased. I feel completely disillusioned with the whole experience. £128.00 for the privilege of buying from them I must had a completely mad moment. Thanks so much for your appalling customer service. Not even an acknowledgement of my complaint well done around of applause.

I am so annoyed with this company. They do not have a phone number to contact them and when you email sometimes they reply. Their trading system is down and add to that they have traded my units and not credited my account. I have tried to contact them about this and nothing. What makes this worse I am a shareholder of the parent company. Not impressed.

Easy to purchase a piece of the iconic Andy Warhol print. The pricing in dollars was a bit irritating. I restricted myself to one piece at this time, to see how it goes, as I expected Showpiece to have enabled the trading of fractions by this point.

Showpiece purchasing is a so easy process to own one piece of the most valuable stamp collection! The idea is novel that you own a share of 1c Magenta and you are really proud of it.

I went to the main SG in The Strand and was directed up stairs for the 1 cent. After a while a chap p came giving all information and helped me complete and buy shares. I also purchased a key fob. All staff friendly and efficient. Jeremy Fraser

The process was not easy as the website was difficult to navigate and the fact that the price was in US dollars was not revealed until too late.

Not sure if it was a right decision to buy as it appears to be not so easy to sell at a later date!

The purchase was easy on line and I received exactly as specified. I am very pleased with my purchase, which will be a special part of my collection.

You should report more about the situation of the stamp and the auction to the buyers. It is the best to inform the buyers about the situation of the stamp with the email.

The downloadable certificate is unattractive and rather disappointing.

Your procedure to purchase a share of the British Guiana 1-cent Magenta was understandable to me, a person who isn't always IT-savvy. Also glad to see that you issue a virtual certificate of ownership.
