Plate was good quality and arrived next working day after dispatch. I got the legal style and am pleased that it meets regulations.

Customer service was good.

Initially disappointed as the billing address is actually the delivery address so my plate was going to be sent to the wrong location. Fortunately the team sorted it after I emailed their customer services.

Would buy again just ensure address is correct.

Found Showplates on line, looked a reasonable price, ordered one which was delivered in a couple of days, well packaged and it's now on my trailer so whats not to like.

Ordered from this so called company emailed only one response from a Claire ? I paid for express delivery no confirmation of so called tracked delivery ? No one ever answers the phone ever ! I have asked my bank for a refund. I think this is a massive scam ever please please avoid u will lose your money

Decided to use this company to make my new plates for our new car.
On line was very easy ,even add ons ,got a preview of plates ordered them and they arrived at home on time and in great condition

Ordered plates on the 6th of June still haven't arrived. I've emailed them and all they did was send tracking number which showed they haven't arrived emailed them asking for another set to be sent and they are ignoring me. No contact numbers for them bad company avoid using them plenty of more reliable company's out there to use. Also linked to bike plate direct

The website is very hard to use and understand. After paying for my plate I reached a screen which offered a chance to check the order. I found I had ordered the wrong size so clicked the button to pause the order. Nothing happened.

I then received an email to say the plate had been made. I emailed the company twice but got no reply.

Then plate did eventually turn up and was the right size.

There doesn’t seem to be any way of communicating with the supplier. They do not have a phone number and do not reply to emails!

Recently had 4D number plates done by showplatesworld and wow wow wow they are banging fair play they deffo head turners and the quality on them is on point fair play I'm really happy with them thanks guys.

I was looking for aluminium number plates and a web search to me to the default showplatesworld website

The plate builder clearly said aluminium plates above the preview and there was a standard paragraph about their aluminium plates:

"Our in-house engineers carefully craft each Aluminum plate to ensure impeccable quality, unrivaled hardiness, and a beautiful gloss finish. Guaranteed."

Price was a good bit more than a pair of acrylic plates I ordered elsewhere in December, with a few more extra that I didn't specify this time - wasn't bothered as I wanted aluminium and expected it to cost more.

The order confirmation didn't specify material type.

Delivery was very fast, next day, and that was with me picking standard delivery option. However, on opening them I find that they're acrylic, and the delivery note also said acrylic.

Three stars because there's nothing wrong with the plates, they appear to be well made and good quality and delivery was excellent, just not what I ordered or wanted.

If aluminium plates aren't available the website shouldn't include them.
