The service and product are both excellent - What made me respect this company so much was, that by mistake I ordered and paid for three set's of the same number plate ( my silly mistake!!! ) Claire was so helpful and understanding and refunded me for two of the plate- I was so gratefully for their kindness. From the ease of ordering the format you require on line, and the speed of both manufacture to a very high standard, and the speed of actual delivery, it was an exceptional order with the highest professionalism shown from the staff.
Well done always use you guys as you have never let us down!

AVOID at all costs.
Their website states same day dispatch with a countdown timer and then when checking out, you can opt for a next day guaranteed delivery before 1pm at a cost of £9.99.
I placed and paid for my order, to which they immediately acknowledged at 0735hrs on Monday, they didn't even dispatch until Wednesday and I received my plate today (Thursday).
Add to the fact that the 0800 number they show wont connect and is unavailable. I found their head office in Jersey Channel islands and spoke to Stuart who never to this day called me back. Numerous emails unanswered and some of the worst customer service you could receive.
They have offered to refund my £9.99 postage but no refund as yet and from the experience, I'm sure this wont materialise.
Go elsewhere. I should have read the trust pilot reviews before ordering because there are lots of reviews with people stating EXACTLY the same experience as above. Use them at your peril!!

They have replied saying they don't offer a next day service, but that was nonsense. I paid extra and paid £9.99 and that was for next day delivery, I have just been back on their website to check and they clearly state they offer a next day delivery. Clearly they don't know their own website and terms before they replied below, another reason to avoid them.They state on their website, same day despatch. Again, they lie, they didn't despatch until Wednesday and I placed the order on Monday at 0730. Just avoid them and go elsewhere.

Easy to use website, well priced and good quality plates, very fast delivery and extremely good customer service. Overall I can’t fault them and would highly recommend.

Plates are of very high quality. There was an error with my original order but they responded straight away and sent another full set out quickly. A red border was missing on original delivery. Great service, these things happen it’s more important a company puts it right promptly, which they did. Will use again.
