If i could I would give 0 stars. I ordered a fridge 2 weeks ago. I paid for delivery and they even made me pay around 4€ to be called by the delivery driver which normally happens for free anyway. Their delivery is BRT who is missing to deliver the good, normally they should have some agreed time in place...i even called and a rude customer service told me to come and pick the good myself...but i paid for the delivery. Showprice customer service has replied fast to my email but unable to fix anything. I asked for refund and they told me to pay the delivery and reject the good though the evidence shows that i didn't see or receive the good and that the good has to reach them first before me seeing any money back. Only god knows if i will see my money back, money that i work hard for.
Very very poor service, very poor logistics, no sla in place, no business attitude. I wouldn't recommend them at all, it's the first and only time i would use them. The watch dog should take serious action about their services(p.s this is what happens in western countries).
