I am changing my review to 3 stars as the next day after I have posted here they have finally reached out to me and agreed to give me a refund. The customer support should do better than messing people around for weeks but they are not scammers and did give me my money back.
ORIGINAL: My order was supposed to be sent back to the seller due to an error in the address but they said they would handle it and get it to me.
The order was originally set to arrive on the 28.05 but I understand there being a delay due to the address error so I patiently waited an extra week before I reached out again as the tracking wasn't updating.
The last time the tracking was updated was on the 4th of June saying the package was on it's way back to the sender. However, for the past 2 weeks they have been telling me that it is ''out for delivery'' and for this reason they won't refund me or that they would look into it but only writing back generic phrases with no info about where my actual order is. It is now 3 weeks past the original planned delivery date and one month since I have placed my order.
I will be disputing this charge with my bank and will probably not be ordering again seeing how the company has put in no effort into getting me my package or my money.

When I emailed customer service, their reply was very vague and completely unhelpful. When the package was delayed a bit more I emailed them again asking them to tell me when I should expect to get my package and that it’s unacceptable for the delivery to be delayed especially after paying 17€ but I received no answers. I did end up getting my package later than expected but it was damaged and broken from one side, and since they delivered the package late I couldn’t return it because I had a flight to catch the day after the delivery.
Terrible customer service and expensive delivery fees with no respect of the dates promised all in addition to delivering damaged products. Needless to say I would never purchase from them again.

Great experience! I ordered few weeks ago 3 Roberto Cavalli jumpers and trolley. I was worried because of many bad reviews so I decided to make order and pay with PayPal (in case something goes wrong, you can ask reimbursement from PayPal, never tried but in theory it should work). Consegna prevista was 09.01 and today I really got the package. I was pretty worried until I didn’t open it, but in the end everything was there 😄 I will order again and pay with PayPal in order to have some garanzia.
I like quick service, large variants of brands and offers, good prices. The most uncomfortable thing that I have no possibility to combine offers from different brands (in comparison with other web-sites, for example, Saldiprivati). Also, here is no possibility to change the order after payment (for example, change the size). But anyway, I'm satisfied by services, quick responds and the lack of problems with a system of payment.
The website is very interesting, there are many good things with fantastic saleas, but the thing that i dont really like is that often you have to wait deliver for 3-4 weeks :(
