Do not use this company - no goods no service

Ordered bubble mix for my classes. I have not received any goods or any information as to when they will arrive. I have tried ringing their contact number but get music every time. They have no email contact address either. Will be trying to get my money back through VISA.

The worst online purchase experiance I have ever had!

I was looking to purchase a bubble machine I found their site their prices were good. So I bought the item after it took more then 2 weeks to arrive. I found out that I have been charged 45 Euros for membership fee. I find this extremely dubious and dishonest.
I cant belive there are companies out there trading in this manner.
Their customer service is a disaster. I sent registered post got it returned.
Al I wanted was to make a purchase for an item I ended up getting a bunch of rubbish about terms and conditions ect.
I wrote them called them and got no solution. All I wanted was a refund for the 45 Euros.
I only got the invoice for it when I called and called and demanded it. Then they said that it was to late to cancel since their 7 day policy expired.
If you buy from them be ready for a surprise!! As far as I can see they have a way of doing business that leaves allot to be desired.

Very poor service, seller stated that he didn't 'understand' the sales of goods act.

Basically my dealing with this company was like this...
I bought an item described as an ultra violet bulb, and received a normal bulb that had simply been coloured black.
I've worked with UV in the past quite extensively, so I'm aware of how it should look. I became even more sure of my suspicions when I noticed a gap in the bulbs colouring, through which could be seen the filament emitting a standard, whitish light.
I didn't agree to a partial refund when I contacted the seller about these issues, since the return postage alone would have cost more.
Under the 'Sale of Goods Act, 1979', I am entitled to a full refund, including postage fees. The seller didn't recognize this so I assume he is either ill informed or ignorant, I suspect the latter due to the way he kept stressing that other company were doing exactly the same thing.

If anyone else has been messed around by Showtechdj, take a few minutes to report them to Trading Standards. I was told that reports against this seller are starting to mount up, so hopefully action will be taken in the near future.

showtechdj.co.uk - Worst company I've ever dealt with.

I purchased an item from this 'company' and waited many, many weeks for it to arrive, before finally requesting a refund. A lot of my emails regarding the whereabouts of my item had been ignored, but when I did get a reply there was never an apology. I was fobbed off, the responses were very matter of fact and some were very rude. Once I did request a refund they conveniently stopped replying to me altogether.

Searching online it appears that this guy has been charging customers £41.88 for a year's membership upon making a purchase, if you say 'yes' to membership when paying for your goods. I didn't say 'yes' as I never sign up to any company.

I went back and checked my bank statement and found he had charged me anyway. I complained and this time he replied straight away (despite still ignoring my refund requests) with a generic email 'you agreed to this' and a diagram of the screen showing where I allegedly said 'yes' to membership. Er, no I didn't - show me the proof. He couldn't of course. Besides, no matter what his terms and conditions say, there was no confirmation/agreement of this amount upon checking out. In addition, this charge was not on my order confirmation email, invoice or sent at any other time. How dishonest.

In a nutshell - don't ever do business with this 'company'. Rude, immoral and just after your money. Don't be taken in by their professional looking website or '5 star guarantee.' Many other nice/honest people to do business with - don't waste your time here or you will regret it!!
