Very straightforward service
Very straightforward to use their service. Shredding bags arrived within a couple of of days. And once I emailed I was ready, collection was prompt. Received via email, confirmation of destruction a few days after collection.

Efficient and Courteous.
Very good service. Efficient, courteous and very helpful and obliging. I had paid for the bags more than 2 years ago and finally got round to filling all 15 bags. I had expected a hassle trying to get them to collect the bags for shredding due to the length of time. Instead, I had a very good and helpful service and they arranged everything and collected the bags on the day specified.

This company has excellent staff who dropped off bags and pick them up with efficiency and politeness. I did not use all my bags and they offered and paid a refund immediately for the remaining bags. I've used them twice now and they are excellent service as well as the obvious certification is required for privacy and confidentiality.
