I don't even know where to begin! I've loved David Shrigley art ever since I saw a piece hanging in the home of someone way cooler than me, and I was delighted to discover a whole series of prints available online. Newman (Customer Service guru? Hero? Support aficionado?) was wonderful, truly. He helped make sure the prints I'd selected made it to me before they were retired, and I couldn't believe how quickly they shipped?! They arrived safe and secure and so carefully packaged. The quality is wonderful, and I cannot wait to have them on my wall. Not only because I love them and love the sentiment behind the art, but also because I'll always be reminded of one of the most delightful shopping experiences I've ever had, hands-down, anywhere. I'm not surprised that such a stellar artist has put together such a stellar team of people. Thanks Shrig Shop!

Shrig Shop is brilliant! Fantastic service. I had a problem - entirely of my own making - with an order for Christmas. I got in touch by email, explained, they got it and sorted it. Not only efficiently but with such good grace. Huge tribute to a wonderfully human and humane customer service ethos ... not the tick-box, please-hold-your-money-is-important-to-us attitude that passes for so many retailers these days. So full marks Shrig Shop. You saved my Christmas and made many people here in England very happy. I'll be back. Thank you.

Everything seemed to be of excellent quality. Carrier damaged part of my shipment in transit. After I reached out to Shrig customer service, replacement product was shipped without hesitation.

I had some trouble with my delivery as the delivery partner couldn't drop the package off at the package location. I e-mailed customer service and had a really quick and understanding answer. They even checked up on me when the parcel was out for delivery to see if everything was alright. My package was delivered soon after, safely packaged and intact. The artwork is stunning and I could not be happier <3 seriously if you are in need of some great artwork (and you are, just admit it!) consider getting an awesome print, stickers or any of the other beautiful goodies from Shrig. You are supporting a great artist and awesome team that work really hard! :)

Shrigley art is excellent anyway, always a winner. The customer service team really kindly removed the price / added a little message for the recipient - this absolutely made their day and I really appreciate the flexibility here!

The designs are seem to belong in an alternative reality which is hard to characterise, and that's part of the appeal, and the quality of the physical goods is pleasingly high.

I’ll start by saying I LOVE the print. Exceptional quality and DS is a genius! However, all the communication about my order indicated it was coming to my house but I received some cryptic messages from UPS to say I had a parcel at their drop off point. Initially thought they were spam so ignored until I realised my package hadn’t arrived. When I tried to collect one morning discovered the drop off point only opened at 11am! Eventually retrieved it, worth the wait but UPS were a disappointing shipper.

Not just great products, but great customer service too.
There was a slight problem with my order, but the delightful Olivia sorted out a replacement right away.
