SH Salons stocks a hard to find product. I can’t find it in my area. Ordering was easy and the products arrived quickly and were packaged well.

I recently had my first appointment at SH Salon with Nichole V. She was awesome! She listened (something I struggled with at a previous salon) and gave me the cut and color I wanted! She also recommended some products. I got a great deal on them through the SH website and picked them up this week. The staff at the Westpark location were very friendly and helpful. Although I couldn't remember exactly the site I saw on Instagram, when I searched for the brush to the best I could recall, although you were not the advertisement I had seen before it was the item. The package shipped and arrived in a timely manner. I look forward to gifting it at Christmas to my 4yo neice, who loves Wonder Woman!

This was the first time that I ordered from this company. The item that I ordered is very hard to find. I love these hair design pencils and I get lots of compliments when I use them to create designs on the shaved area of my head. I'm so glad that I can order from SH Salons and do not have to wait a long time for them to be delivered.

I have emailed SH Salon multiple times since I received the order. I only received one item although I ordered and paid for two items. I still have not had any response from the company. I asked for a full refund because the item I received didn't fit. The return instructions on their website specifically say to email prior to submitting a return to get approval for a return or else it will not be accepted. I guess if they ignore customers they never have to issue a refund. This company is very shady. I'm very frustrated with their lack of communication.
