I cannot recommend these guys enough. They installed my AHSP on behalf of EON after another contractor pulled out. They arrived promptly and worked like trojans to get everything fitted. In the end they took half the planned time. At all times they were friendly, courteous and made sure that I was informed at every step of the way. The workmanship was top notch and they left the place clean and tidy once they were done. Marc even moved the drain and water feed for my washing machine while they were at it.
In all, I would thoroughly recommend SHS for any job you have, you absolutely won't regret it - if I could give 6 stars I would.

Outstanding service
From planning to installation the whole process was seamless. Marc & Carl fully detailed the planning process. Extremely professional & knowledgeable about the product with an excellent applaud to customer care. The engineers arrived on schedule. Their manner was excellent, courteous and were so mindful to ensure property was cared for. They carefully took packaging away. On completion of the installation they were so reassuring and indicated the aftercare help available.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. First rate.

They lost my enquiry and failed to show up to 2 appointments. Order cancelled due to my lack of confidence and basic good manners.

Had our Gazco fire serviced yesterday. Again Terry arrived on time and carried out the work in a first rate way. Previous experience with the company means I ask for him by name. Friendly and professional and is happy to offer advice on minor issues. Leaves the property as he finds it.
Overall a very satisfied customer and will use this company again.

I had my old boiler freeze on me and burst inside,I called this company to see if they could help me and give me a price for repair as they were local they sent someone out within the hour it was discovered that the boiler was beyond economic repair due to its age.They offered a new boiler system and was fitted the following day the price was great and the workmanship was to a excellent standard the kitchen was left spotless after the refit and all old materials where taken away,really can’t recommend the company enough.

Had a problem with heating on moving into our new house on a Thursday. Spoke to Carl in the office and he arranged for an engineer to call next day. Don quickly identified the problem and replaced failed part. He also then took the time to explain the system and controls to us.
Couldn't fault the service and will definitely use SHS again.

On top of his professional work ethic, his customer relations attitude was exemplary.

Poor quality work, left me with leaking radiators over Xmas, had to call another company to fix the faults they caused when they repeatedly failed to respond to phone calls. They eventually came back to put things right (a full week after they said they would) and were still quibbling about putting things right. Abysmal customer service, low quality work, trying to charge for work not done, and unhelpful, sarcastic staff. Avoid.

This is a reincarnation of DMS installations - new ‘owner’ but same team behind them. there aren’t many good reviews of that company, we had a dreadful experience with them. Like DMS installations, SHS are MCS accredited so if they do carry work out for you and if, as they did for us, do a sub standard job leaving you with a heating system that doesn’t work properly, you can get in touch with NICEIC customer services and they can take on your case. It took us nearly 2 years to get all our issues resolved.
