Not as good as other Shurgard facilities
There is no possibility to use the keypad to enter, there is no drive through for cars/vans, elevators are VERY small! Inclined entrance makes it difficult to hold cart while holding the phone to open the door and then opening the door itself....have been waiting for almere manager to call me for more than a week.....the facility and customer service are not what I expected from shurgard, being a long time customer.

On a tight schedule
On a tight schedule, I couldn't access my unit due to a nonfunctional elevator not accepting the code. Talked to 3 customer support agents all offering CALLBACKS....after 50 minutes I snapped and I had to come up with an idea to reassign a new unit on ground floor. Payments always work, access codes and elevators not. The stress it caused is not to describe.
