nobody answer with 2 hours before…
nobody answer with 2 hours before closed.
not at the phone, not at the email. nothing.
I stayed wuth my daughter 2 hours outside with a lot of stuff wich i want it to deposit and after all I must move to another location next day to other company.
it is stupid way to pay completely, dont receive the code for entrance, stay in cold weather with luggage...and nothing.
they don't care about clients...i dont care about money spend and lost for 1 month and don't use it that box, I'm happy I found another profesional solution. i dont want to hear about shurgard. very bad services.

Well arranged
Well arranged. Simple. No need to come to the office to sign contract. I am pretty happy with my spacious storage unit where I was able to put all my belongings.

I asked for so many times to close my…
I asked for so many times to close my contract, and because the person who got my email and did not responded because she "didn't got any messages", with me sending her all the proof, because of them now I have to pay one more month. It s your fault, and u owe me the rent for this extra month that you made me pay without my permission.

Very helpful customer service
After renting a storage, I was stuck at the broken entrance port to the building, but after very usefull contact with customer services, I managed to enter and follow the easy directions. The location is convenient and is clean, plenty information available and CS contact is pleasant. So far, I am very happy and my update my storage size at a later date.

Everything was very clean and tidy
Everything was very clean and tidy. Only thing, there was no map present inside which would have made it clear at which floor my locker was located. I had to gues for myself at which floor to find locker 511. Some lockers from 400+ where located at the ground floor as where 100+ numbers. So it was confusing to me at which floor to find the 500+ numbers. Also the manual passcode did not work while entering and i was forced to download the shurguard app to get acces. Same goes for the elevator's. (i did use the * at the start and ended with the #, but it still denied acces)

Good space and ressonable price
The storage space is conveniently close to my house, the space is wide enough, and the price is reasonable. The app allows authentication of the doors and elevators, which is good because it eliminates the need to carry around a lot of keys.

Everything is perfect, you can easily reached to someone on the phone if you have questions. Warehouse is also clean and storage size is more than enough
