We’ve had a really positive experience using this storage facility. The team is always super helpful, friendly, and quick to assist whenever we have questions or need support. Legitimately never thought a storage company could impress me
Staff are very helpful, facilities are clean and well-run, mobile app works well, prices are good, Amsterdam West location is easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good customer experience. Even better if you are also looking for a storage unit but it's not a necessity.

CHANGING ACCESS HOURS WITHOUT NOTIFICATIONS NOR DISCOUNT FOR THE CUSTOMERS
I am very much to stop being a customer of Shrgard NL. YOU CANNOT CHANGE ACCESS HOURS WITHOUT SENDING ANY NOTIFICATIONS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. AND YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE IT MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Then things like the people trapped inside your gate are going most likely to happen (I have read another review before mine which was claiming basically the same). Also, to reduce access hours means you are effectively taking off service from what we are currently paying, nevertheless I have not seen a reduction in the monthly costs. Rather the opposite. You keep increasing prices every November but the service you offering keeps shrinking instead of being more efficient and directed towards customers satisfaction (such as 24 hours access or anyway an increase of the access hours). This is becoming a scam to me. I hope more customers like me are going to "wake up" and decide to leave.
