Unprompted review
I was promised what's not happening
I tried to book over the phone before the discounted storage was gone. The person in charge suggested me to rethink while he could keep it for me, I already knew that's not how it works but I trusted anyway. When I was ready the next day (before the period he promised) he realized it had been taken by someone else(Of course). After a long hold on phone, I could hear his supervisor advising him what to say from behind, offering another storage that didn't meet my expected condition. I just don't appreciate being promised what's not happening. Overall I've been using the service for some years now and it's ok.
