Eugene made my unit transfer very easy. Highly recommend Shurgard and the lovely lady Eugene.

Moved house over the Bank Holiday weekend. Unable to access the unit until then due to location. So easy to use. Staff contacted me prior to using the unit and gave hints on best way to use the App etc. Staff then contacted me after the bank holiday to check everything went okay. Great service.

I have used this storage before and it provides excellent and exceptional service with excellent staffs especially with Zoran guidance and support, I do not hesitate to use the storage again.

I rented a space from Shurgard but wanted to make sure i knew everything i had too. Eugene was very helpful @bedford and showed me around and went through the opening times and alm other necessary info I needed. Very bubbly and enthusiastic.

Opened my first storage unit today and was assisted by staff member Zoran. He was incredibly helpful & not only helped me find a locker on the ground floor but set my mind at ease by making the whole process easy🙂

We hired a unit at Bedford and the customer service there by Zoran and the other lady (sorry, I didn't catch her name) was excellent. Both very helpful and friendly!

I had a very positive experience, from the day I came in to ask for quotes to the actual move in day. Zoran, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The building feels very safe and it is also clean.

I would highly recommend using this storage.

From start to finish, the person I spoke to at Shurguard could not have been more helpful. I was surprised at the ease of the booking process and was even more so when I later visited the actual depot in Bedford. State of the art, and exceeded all my expectations. Great service, Eugene greeted me with a smile, she was friendly and very helpful. She happily answered my questions and offered reassurance, so when the day arrived to move my items in, it was very easy just as Eugene had said it would be. I even received a call to check in that the move went ok which I thought was a nice touch.
