I had a tough time in the last couple…
I had a tough time in the last couple of weeks, I had to leave my apartment in a short notice period of time, I didn’t know where I can store my belongings till I found Shurgard company, it was easy to reserve the place online, register for 3 SM storage room, had the opportunity to see the containers and explore the storage place before moving my stuff and things, it is also secure with pin code and it is much better to sign also for a lock-key pair for the storage.

Everything went very smoothly
Everything went very smoothly. I haven't expected it to be easy. It is not my first time using this service, but this time I'm actually impressed. But don't forget your lock. It is annoying to return for it.

I could not move in, it was locked!
I went in to use my unit for the first time and it was locked and I lost money due to that. The instructions don't specify that the move in date has to be specific and not at a later date also. The instructions are not clear. I will leave Shurgard soon and choose another storage service due to the problems I had due to that and the lack of clarity.
