Automation and efficiency!
I just moved to Bordeaux and brought too many things with me. I looked around and signed up with Shurgard and wow, what an efficient storage solution.
My pod was ready the next day. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was positively surprised by several aspects:
1. An application for the phone which uses bluetooth and a digital button in the app when in close proximity to keypads to unlock the main gates, and interior building gates, and elevators.
2. The interior pods require passing 3 secured keypads, seems very safe.
3. I wasn't sure where to pick up the lock, but when I arrived at my pod, it was inside the pod in a bag with instructions.
4. General cleanliness of the site is top notch.
5. There are provided dollys for carrying heavy furniture, free of charge. These were a life saver.
Overall, very impressed with Shurgard so far.

First time in Boxes 📦
It’s the first time I do rent a box like this too keep my stuff and I was surprised.
The hostess who helped me to locate the box was very nice and helpful.
When first I saw the bow I was amazed by the space, the clean area, the space, and the security.
