Great service from shurgard and Robert
Great service from shurgard and Robert, simple procedure to set up a unit. Robert had shown me around the site previously, showing me different size units available and explained everything to me. I rented a unit a bit bigger than I thought I needed just in case and I am happy with that,but it was explained to me,that if I needed to change up or down I could do. Very clean site and lifts and wheeled trolleys readily available for you to use.

Solution for False information regarding the available units
after receiving my comments here, Shurgard Cardiff imediatelly resolved the situation giving me another unit with the volume originally hired for the same price I hired initially. I really apprecited the provided solution.

False information regarding the available units
I hired a 90 sqf unit that according to your website would provide us 27 cubic meters of available storage space. Some variation was expected, but you gave me a unit with almost 10 cubic meters less than advertised in your website. So unfortunately it hasn’t been a good experience once my decision to hire a unit with you was based on false information

Area is clean and space is good, but lift should enable those who find stairs difficult.

Looking for storage. Shurgard are good.
Looking for storage and called in at my local Shurgard Self Storage. Super helpful showing me different sizes and stressed if I needed more than the75sq foot it wouldn’t be a problem moving up to the next size. Very competitive on price and easy to book online. Except passing the id verification which I could not do. But the guys at the self storage sorted no problem.
