I used it for my motorbike the people working there were a bit confused and did't really know what is happening but the price was ok the only thing is that you have also to pay for insuance and lock which can be stated better in the website

Very professional and attentive towards their customers. They make sure you have everything you need, help choosing the size of the storage that you need. The fact that you have a monthly contract is ideal if you don't know exactly for how long you need the storage for etc. Accessing the storage units is also extremely convenient, don't have to mess around with a parking space nearby, you can just drive into the facility. In the facility they've also made sure you have access to trolleys and elevators (in case your storage unit is on the second floor). You can also access your storage almost whenever you want, the opening times make it extremely flexible. In general Shurgard is a very convenient solution for storing your belongings.

Front office staff Michel and Angela were great-very helpful and patient during the sign up process. They followed-up with us too, to make sure everything went well. Highly recommend!

Would have been nice if the first time, there had been someone to walk us to the storage unit and show how to access via the phone app or keypad and show how to enter with a vehicle (where to park and right of way), but it was simple enough to figure it out.

Affordable and well managed self storage. It would be perfect if there would be lighting in the storage areas. Also forcing the insurance on top of costs shown is bit misleading. I paid 16 euros a month extra for insurance and some extra amount for locks on top of monthly fee. If you take a 6m2 unit, just these additions bring up the cost by over 25%. So these costs should be more transparent.
That’s why I have a given 4 star and not 5-star.

Everything went super smoothly. I was able to get access to my locker the day before the move, so even though they weren't there when I moved, everything went well! They explained everything patiently and clearly. Only slightly unhandy thing is that the large elevator doesn't go to the top floor - there's a smaller elevator that does, but it makes it a bit slower.
Anyway it was a great experience overall, and will use them in the future.

I received 6 emails after the purchase. One of them being cancelation of my subscription which was confusing, and I haven't received response as to why/what. Also, information about insurance, and extra payment for keys is not transparent. Other than that, everything else was fine, and easy working.

Hussle free experience and clear automated instructions online. The storage space was as big as promised, perhaps even a little bigger.

The online process was easy, very good pricing model and the staff is very friendly.

The only reason why it’s not 5 stars is because the facility although open from 6am until 11pm I would have loved a 24 hours access to my locker.

I was taken care of by Erica, she gave me a good tour of the place and explained everything clearly. She was able to answer all the question that I had.

Shurgard in den haag absolutely saved my life. I had come all the way from Köln and booked with another storage company to store my belongings but that company didn’t accept my reservation and suggested shirgard. I arrived 5 mins before closing but the team helped me secure a storage box and were absolutely wonderful. They helped me so much and i am forever grateful!
