Everything is good
Everything is good , but not sure the prize for a locker in Eindhoven West differs from Acht. I stay near the Eindhoven West area and this doesn’t seem fair

The booking process at Shurgard Eindhoven Acht was fast and the staff were helpful. The unit was clean and accurate in size. However, I was not happy with some details. The position of the door and a ceiling pipe made it harder to stack my items the way I wanted. Also, the actual cost was higher than expected because the insurance and lock fee are not included in the base price shown. It would be better if these costs were clearer upfront.

I liked how fast I could book the…
I liked how fast I could book the storage unite. I didnt like that I was not aware of the positioning of the door to the unit and so I had to adjust the way I stack things inside of it and was not able to fit stuff like I wanted. Also in my unit there is a pipe in the ceiling portion of the space that was in the way for me to stack the stuff all the way up. Also it is very annoying when I dont see the more realistic price for the unit. You show naked base price without the insurance and the lock price. It is understandable from the marketing point of view, but very very annoying in the process when price goes up for things I must purchase. For people who are looking for cheapest option it is not nice.

Good and fast onboarding, the manager explained everything very clearly, only took 7 or 10 minutes to sing up. The storage itself matches the description and size, it is clean and ready to use. Plenty of space inside the warehouse, trolleys are available to transport your stuff from the car to the unit. Would use again
