Smooth online process
Smooth online process, customer support checked in a couple of times and followed the onboarding process very closely. I am really satisfied. I am giving 4 stars because I was not pleased with the lack of visibility of the mandatory insurance costs. These become apparent only when you are through the renting process.

I was suprised how quickly i get it
I was suprised how quickly i get it. Really good service, everything was done remotely! I get good price for quite large space :) and it is open 6-23 , whenever you like /need to u can go. Automatic gate with code so everything is safe. :)
If my price last so it is now ...probobly i will stay for longer .

Suitcase stored
Excellent help from Mark, storing my suitcase. Prior to that he was very helpful confirming payment would be ok by credit card, since no Dutch bank account had.

Dissapointed and frustrated
Hey,
Unfortunately i am not using the storage yet, and i have paid since Saturday but i couldn't store my properties no code was sent to me. I went to the storage on Saturday and i was stranded bcos i couldn't go in no code. Yesterday i called 2 times and those 2 times you told me that you will call me back but unfortunately you never called.
I am very disappointed and frustrated about your services and i will like to get my refund back. Because you didn't give me the services that I paid for.

Great service, really helpful personnel. Got us set up really quick, and then moved us easily to a bigger unit when it turned out we had lowballed how much we had.
