This is my first experience with a storage unit service and so far it's been absolutely perfect. The unit is exactly what we needed, it seems extremely secure, the price is reasonable and most of all the employees are so caring and friendly!

The whole experience of securing a unit, the introductions and how to access the unit went very smoothly and easily.
I was a little disappointed at the additional hidden costs (locks and insurance) that were only mentioned when you wanted to reserve a unit.
