I had two bad experiences in this…
I had two bad experiences in this place. It is hard to find human assistance there, even during the working hours of the staff members. Meanwhile, there are no proper seats for customers in the reception room. During my visit, the receptionist asked me to stand outside under the rain, because he was busy and he wanted to close the room to do something in the store. Meanwhile, one can feel claustrophobic inside the store. If the elevator stopped working or if there was a fire in the location, there would be no escape outlet or fire exit for people. Weeks ago, I went to get an item from the unit, and I was left alone by the staff member who was in charge at that time. I had to call the police to tell them that I was locked inside a self-storage and I needed assistance. After some time, a staff member appeared walking slowly in the corridor. I was astonished that they claimed that the store was under surveillance by cameras, but they could not see me or hear me shouting for help. I don't advise claustrophobic people to resort to such a deserted storage in the middle of nowhere. Besides, the store does not provide any instructions whatsoever for customers in case of fire or emergency during their visits to their store units. Clearly, only the stored items are insured, but not the lives of the customers who might get locked inside the location without any instructions about a potential escape route for them. In short, safety standards are very low in this Storage.
