I will like to give a lot of high level of compliment for Klaudia here at the Self Storage Shurgard in Harrow near Headstone Lane.

Klaudia has an amazing customer service and I am grateful to know that Klaudia has given me the best Customer Service. Also I lost my favourite item which Miss Klaudia found and gave back to me. Not many assisting agents go the extra miles for Customer in my experience so I just want to give my honest recognition to the service I have got from your Harrow office by Miss Klaudia. I am honoured to know Security is well strong here and that my things will always be safe till I take them out when I am ready.

I look forward in being Shurgard storage long term customer and surely do recommend my friends and others for your great service.

This is a preliminary rating because the 200cubic metre unit I have hired has a broken light. For a smaller unit the corridor lights would be sufficient but it’s dark at the back of this large one and I can’t read the labels on my boxes without a torch. I have asked for it to be fixed and there seems to be some sort of money saving policy in place that stops the staff from replacing it - although they have promised to see if they can do it in the near future. If they replace the light in my storage unit I would happily give them five stars for excellent facilities, easy access and helpful staff. If not I’ll go down to two stars for giving false promises

Great storage space. Quick sign up and ideal locations everywhere.

No parking for vehicles to park to unload, the site in Hatch End cannot accommodate any long based van, parking on a private road at the entrance leads to £60 fine. Had to book another site last minute with added costs. Poor service delivery.
