The rental process was very smooth and easy. They gave added assistance to make sure that everything was handled correctly. The building is clean and secure, and everything is easy to access. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I was unfortunately forced to arrive nearly at closing time. They could have asked me to return another day but instead of turning me away they spent 5 extra minutes helping me set everything.
I’m not promoting arriving at closing time but I wanted to show the kindness and understanding that they had towards my situation. I truly appreciated this. Incredible service 10/10
