This company is really a scam…there is no security at all…you can be robbed so easy…I was a victim of their lies telling about safety and security…that are false publicity…in my storage place I realise that I was robbed all my things from my box …and after contacting the local police of Machelen Belgium …I was the third victim of the Shurgard Machelen the last 2 months …this is not even possible to believe…and they don’t contact nobody…they didn’t prevent anyone…that are so many issues that make the theft so easy ..j.their structure of the storage units is constructed to be robbed just with the help of a small stair …unbelievable scam that I was a victim like a lot of other people that they hide their reviews…not even one employee at the office …when I signed my contract they were still offices there …but without to inform nobody…they close their office in Machelen …nobody is there …no security…whoever that makes a contract online of a small box …can have a passcode and go there to check with all his comfort…which storage unit is has more valuable things and go out like a normal customer…jumping just inside of the storage unit and still whatever he want…unbelievable SCAM this company that has to be closed forever for not being conformed to any security protocols…the biggest SCAM ever existed …I will take all the legal actions to the European courts…to prevent people to be SCAMMED by them. And I will try to contact as many victims like me to take all together legal action…and close this SCAM forever and protect at least thousands of potential victims of this SCAM
