Shurgard Self Storage - Malmö Lundavägen Reviews 

This concerns Malmö Lundavägen. I had a long payment history with this company. I missed payments at one point, but at no stage was it made clear that this would result in my belongings being discarded and sold for no value (a la US) without a proper warning. When I contacted them, they told me I was “no longer a customer” and stopped responding entirely.

Everything in the unit was neatly stored and in excellent condition— the majority items were brand new, including laptops and personal belongings. From what I understand, there’s a legal responsibility to preserve or secure personal property and then sell what's not considered personal property at value with a proper warning. That responsibility was ignored.

Other branches of this company, in the capital where I was moving, (which was why I initially needed the service) found this handling to be out of the ordinary, which speaks volumes.

Also: I must now add to beware of the initial low-price offer which is misleading. You may find yourself being charged full price.

The company does not act in good faith. Use a different provider that respects your property and basic accountability.

I've had a wonderful experience with this business! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and you can really tell they care about resolving any issues.

As I have a small storage space and it's on the top side would be helpful if there is a small step that we can use, maybe rent, hourly as its difficult to reach the top and not convenient to bring extra staff when you trying to put staff away. Everything else was straight forward, easy and done professionally.

No one should misunderstand me, the service I think is good and the ladies are wonderful, because the are just doing their job, but my warning to everyone who is reading their message, should be careful paying money for them because I had same payment issues, I mistakenly paid money to them and getting my 3871 kr back up til now I have not received it , when ever I call the department is in Belgium so they will pay they say, it only take 3 working day to transfer money within Sweden, over a month now I have not received the money, this incriminating customer, bad management.
But listen the workers over there are the most great workers and I hope this company pay them good. Just do everyone be careful when transferring money to them, even my own it was not them I was going to pay because I don’t own them any bills.
Please Shurgard pay my money . I have now reported to the police too

Excellent service. Very fast and the personnel is very helpful. We rented a second unit and they were able to get us the one right next to ours. 100% recommended.
