Fast booking and helpful staff
I went in person to the office and I need storage right away. The person working asked me few questions to determine what size of storage I need. After that we went through the booking process. It was fast snd easy. To access your storage you just need to download their app snd there’s a red button you press every time there’s a door. So easy. Keep in mind that access hours are from 7 till 21

It was not clear enough during booking…
It was not clear enough during booking stage that after 11 pm it was not allowed to be inside shurgard. It is clearly stated that is closed, but I did not know that I would have been locked inside, and that the alarm would have started. Even if it stated in the contract, you should improve the onboarding of new clients by communicating this more clearly

Good storage, good price, but some improvement needed.
The storage itself is good and good located (if you often plan to go by bus).
However there are some things to improve. For example, there is no water to drink (Since we are moving heavy stuff, it would be great). The other issue is that the app does not work on the new facility. I have to get of the car and press the code.

There was a button inside to open the…
There was a button inside to open the gate. It was very handy. Now everytime you have to type the code on the desplay near the gate! This change is definitely for worse!
