Very rude and unprofessional
Very rude and unprofessional! I've been a customer since 2023, always paid on time and have always been polite to the staff. When the time came to move (gave them a month notice) I hired a moving company to help me move. On the day of the move the ladies in the office had some problem with the movers and in the middle of my move blocked my access then demanded I pay them 100€ so I can finish my move. When I asked why one of them screamed at me that this is a penalty for me picking the wrong movers or something (my French isn't great)?! With the truck waiting I did pay. Why 100€ and not 200€ or 50€ I couldn't tell (nothing like this mentioned in their contract or T&C), pure extortion IMO. Stay away if you have a choice...

Crasseuse! La dame de reception etait grossière. The woman at the reception was aggressively rude. The place is large, filthy, and I saw mice droppings on the trolley. I immediately left, even though I already paid. I went to Une Piece en Plus - more expensive but worth it.
