Given access code did not work
I asked can I access the storage at the first time out of office opening time on Saturday afternoon, and I was told I can with my access code. Well, the code didn't worked, the screen showed "see manager", and I missed my flight because of it on the next day.

Amazing customer service. It was so easy to get the storage and it was explained very clear.

Horrible associate at a good facility.
The associate at the location was not welcoming, short and borderline rude. My presence was clearly an annoyance to her and she couldn’t be done with me faster. If I had not rented from another Shurgard previously, where the experience was much better, I would’ve canceled my reservation. I do however feel good about keeping my belongings there, i just hope when I go back, I don’t have to deal with her again.

Nice employees but very high price
Nice employees but very high price. Its very nice that the application open doors like this we dont have to put the code all the time but to go out is a bit annoying have to go out of the car to press the button. But i like shugard and i recommend.

Amazing, friendly staff. Quick and professional reservation procedure. Fair prices. Highly recommended. (Note: Always check the entrance hight before moving in. We showed up with a truck 3.2m high, but our unit's door was only 3.0m)

Easy and comfortable
When we arrived the staff who welcomed us was very nice and explained everything in detail. The usage of the storage is extremely easy and comfortable. Parking area, carrying cars and elevator are very helpful.
