When I accessed the website everything was very clear and I was able to rent a space at my comfortable request. The next day I went to the offices to pick up the lock and keys and the very kind employee named Jeffrey gave me all the information I needed to know for my safety and to store my belongings with confidence. Good introduction, thorough explanation on how to access the storage unit. I got in and was able to store luggage and furniture that wasn't able to fit my current housing situation without much trouble on the first try thanks to the service when we picked up the keys. Very informative introduction. The facility is quite high tech that you can enter in and out using a phone application. It's easy and safe so you do not have to exit your car when coming to the location at night. As a women this is great to me. The warehouse is super clean and cameras are everywhere.
