When I accessed the website everything was very clear and I was able to rent a space at my comfortable request. The next day I went to the offices to pick up the lock and keys and the very kind employee named Jeffrey gave me all the information I needed to know for my safety and to store my belongings with confidence. I recommend it 100%

Good introduction, thorough explanation on how to access the storage unit. I got in and was able to store luggage and furniture that wasn't able to fit my current housing situation without much trouble on the first try thanks to the service when we picked up the keys. Thank you for the compassionate service.

Very informative introduction. The facility is quite high tech that you can enter in and out using a phone application. It's easy and safe so you do not have to exit your car when coming to the location at night. As a women this is great to me. The warehouse is super clean and cameras are everywhere.

Such a scam.
I was told I can use the storage for 1 euro for first month + costs of insurance and the lock. It came all together to around 60 euros, I paid when picking up my lock. I only used to storage for 2 weeks. After that I was charged additional 77 euros, because the 'notice' period is 30 days....so basically you cannot use this 'offer' of 1 euro for first month. Scammers and liers, just like most capitalistic service in the Netherlands. It's very sad to see how big companies like Shurgard take money for NOTHING form ordinary people. Sure, charge me 70 euros for an empty space I didn't even use, because that is your policy. Jozef K. would love this.

PS. After your reply Shrugard I can only add that your colleague did give me ''all'' the info over the phone prior to booking and even though I stated very clearly I'll be using the storage for 2 weeks only, I was still charged for the 30 days notice period. Your reply is just as soulless and cold like the storage space you rent and the audacity you have to write you believe that your prices are fair speaks for itself.

Good customer service - they fixed a problem when my contract got (accidentally) cancelled and my rate went up - and they helped me find a unit under my budget of the same size.

Smooth checkin. Excellent people focused on solving any problems. Very good technology. Jackie was really helpful!
