It been very easy access and a good storage space. Very easy when you use it for the first time. Everything was set up and ready.

At the day of the moving in I didn’t receive the code via email, and to termination notice it’s hard to find information, it’s only say need to give the notice but doesn’t specify what email should be send it. This should be easy to do it.

I called costumer services that I want to cancel my contract 15 days before then I received the confirmation email.
But they take money from my bank for next month for empty storage.
They said you should send email no call.
This is the new way to earn money in Sweden.

I booked my self-storage on very short notice (same day) and it all worked perfectly, including a very helpful phone call with a friendly and competent staff member on site. The confirmation email and the description of how to access the unit was complete and accurate and it all worked exactly as described.
The location is very central and easily accessible.
I have to point out that I chose this service mainly because it was the only I could find in Stockholm that did not require a bank ID but could be booked with a credit card, so it was actually accessible to someone new in Sweden. :)
